1:1 Fat Loss Coaching

Stop guessing. Start strategizing.

You're already doing what you're supposed to be doing. Eating reasonably, working out, keeping an eye on things. It just stopped working the way it used to, and you don't know if the problem is calories, protein, weekends, alcohol, or something else entirely. That's not something you fix by trying harder. It's something you fix by finding out which one it actually is.

Lindsey, Registered Dietitian

Hi, I'm Lindsey. A Registered Dietitian who believes you can lose fat without losing your mind.

I've spent the last 5+ years in the health and fitness space, working everywhere from hospitals and gyms to corporate wellness and private coaching. With a bachelor's in psychology, years of experience as a certified personal trainer, and a master's in clinical nutrition and dietetics, I bring a lens most coaches don't have.

That combination has given me a different perspective on fat loss. I understand the nutrition behind getting results, the psychology and behaviors that make those results sustainable, and how fitness fits into the bigger picture. In the years since, I've coached hundreds of women through their own fat loss journeys, from losing the weight to learning how to keep it off for good.

Through my work, I've seen how difficult it can be to take generic nutrition advice and actually apply it to a demanding job, a full calendar, weekends, dinners out, and an actual social life.

I've experienced that balance in my own life too, which is why I don't believe fat loss should require giving up the things you enjoy.

That's what I help my clients do: lose fat without losing their life to the process.

You've tried the plan. The plan was never the problem.

Most of the women I coach through fat loss aren't starting from zero. They already know the basics. Here's what usually brings them to me:

You followed a plan exactly for three weeks straight, and it actually felt like it was working. Then one chaotic week undid it, and it took another three just to feel like yourself again.

You know how to diet. You've just never learned how to eat in a way that felt sustainable for life, not just until you hit a goal weight.

You've lost the same weight more than once, celebrated it more than once, and watched it come back more times than you'd admit out loud.

Tracking every gram used to feel like control. Now it just feels exhausting, like a second job you never signed up for and can't quit.

You're doing everything you did before, and watching it not work anymore is starting to feel personal.

You've hired a coach before and still felt alone in it. A PDF and a check-in call isn't the same as someone actually in your corner.

If two or more of those landed, the problem was never that you need to try harder. It's that no one's actually diagnosed which lever matters for you.

Real transformations, not just the scale.

The plateau actually moves.

Once we find the right lever, the scale finally starts responding again. Not from more restriction, just a clearer plan.

Dinner out stops being a mental event.

Clients tell me the anxiety around eating out is usually one of the first things to go, often before anything shows up on the scale.

The restart cycle stops.

One off-plan day doesn't spiral into a written-off week anymore. That shift alone changes everything downstream.

Hunger and energy start making sense again.

Clients notice they can actually read their own hunger cues instead of overriding them with rules.

When someone says "I'm doing everything right and still not losing," cutting calories is the last thing I do, not the first.

Most coaches see a stalled scale and cut calories. I see a stalled scale and start asking why.

Before I touch a single number, I look at adherence, the honest kind, not the reported kind. Then hunger, energy, sleep, stress, and where you are in your cycle, because any one of those can stall the scale without fat loss actually stopping.

Most coaches automatically cut calories after a week or two of no movement. I don't, because a stall isn't always a stall. Sometimes it's water retention. Sometimes it's under-recovery. Sometimes it's an adherence gap nobody's willing to say out loud yet.

And every adjustment I make, I explain. Not so you trust me more, but so you need me less by the time we're done.

The usual approaches aren't built for someone with your schedule.

Rigid meal plans
Work fine until a late night, a work dinner, or a week that doesn't go as planned. That happens far more often than the plan accounts for.
Macro tracking apps
Give you data, not judgment. You already know how to log a meal. You need to know what the numbers are actually telling you.
Generic group programs
Built for an average week, not the one where calories, protein, weekends, and alcohol are all shifting at the same time.
Willpower alone
Got you this far. It was never going to be the thing that tells you which lever actually matters.

A strategy that moves with your life instead of competing with it.

This isn't a fixed curriculum you move through on a schedule. It's 1:1 coaching that starts with what's actually keeping you stuck, then adjusts as your life does.

Diagnose

Find the real lever

We identify what's actually holding you back: calories, protein, weekends, alcohol, training, or consistency, instead of guessing at all of them at once.

Build

Strategy, not a template

We build a plan around your calendar, not a generic one you're expected to make fit. Travel and dinners out get planned for, not apologized for.

Adjust

Stay ahead of real life

As your weeks change, so does the plan, with direct feedback from me. Not a static PDF you're left to interpret alone.

What you actually get access to as a 1:1 client.

No generic plan. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just direct, 1:1 support built around your life.

1:1 strategy session + periodic follow-ups

We start with a real conversation about what's actually keeping you stuck, then check back in as things shift.

Personal content hub

Every resource organized by what you actually need, not a syllabus you're required to complete in order.

Weekly check-ins

A real look at what's working and what needs adjusting, reviewed by me, not an algorithm.

Direct async support

Questions get answered between sessions, not saved up for a call two weeks away.

If that sounds like what you've been missing, let's talk.

This works if you're willing to do the work. Here's who it's not for.

Not for you if you want a 30-day quick fix. There isn't a magic calorie target or meal plan that eliminates the need for consistency.

Not for you if you need convincing that change is worth it. This is for people who've already decided. They just need the right plan.

Not for you if you're chasing the smallest body possible. We're building a healthier one you can maintain.

Not for you if you're not ready to actually implement the recommendations. Coaching works when we work together.

If none of those describe you, you're exactly who this was built for.
